What if a game is damaged when I receive it?
During your free trial, we will send you one game. You may return this game for another game as many times as you like. Once your free trial ends (and you have elected to be on the 2 game out plan), we will automatically send you another game and you will be moved to the 2 games out plan. If you choose to be on the 1 game out plan, your service will continue as normal.
Where are you located and how long does it take for games to reach me?
We are located in Oakland, California and send your games using 1st Class Mail. Packages arrive within 1-2 days for customers on the West Coast and 3-4 days for customers on the East Coast. Centrally located customers usually see something in between depending upon how far they are from California.
Do you rent video game consoles, too?
Unfortunately, the logistics in mailing consoles is too costly for us. Sorry!
What game platforms do you support?
We currently support all games (that's over 4,100 titles and growing!) for Sony's Playstation 2, Sony PSP, Microsoft's Xbox, Nintendo Gamecube, Nintendo Game Boy Advance and Nintendo DS. We may add more platforms in the future like the original Playstation and Dreamcast, should the demand warrant it.
Just browse through our catalog of games and whenever you see a game you like, just click the add game button to place it in your queue. You must be logged in to see the add game button. Once you've built a list of games (your list can be as long as you want!), you can change the priority of each game by changing their respective priority numbers or delete a game by clicking on the delete icon.
The next game that we will ship to you is based on which games you have prioritized and which games we have available in our inventory. This means that sometimes the next game you receive may not necessarily be the first game on your list.
Once you've finished with a game and returned it to us, the process starts all over again!

How long does it take for you to ship out my first set of games?
It usually takes 72 hours for your first batch of games to go out because we buy our games based on each individual subscriber's queue. Your next batch of games will go out within 48 hours because we pre-buy your next set of games to have them ready and waiting for you.
How do the games get to me and how do I return them?
We will send the games to you via 1st Class Mail, with a postage paid return envelope. Once you are done with a game, just place it in the return envelope and drop it in the mail. What could be easier than that?
How long can I keep each game for?
That's the beauty of our service -- there are no due dates and therefore, no late fees. Ever. Keep those games for as long as you like and return them when you are good and ready.
How much does the service cost? Do you have more than one level of service?
We have three levels of service which allow you to have from 1 to 3 games out at any time. Our lite one game out plan is $13.95 per month, our standard two games out plan is $21.95 per month, and our upgraded three games out plan is $29.95 per month. All prices are subject to your state's sales tax.
What if a game is damaged when I receive it?
If a game is damaged when you receive it, send an email to our customer service staff letting us know what game is damaged. Then, simply return the game in the prepaid envelope it came with and we'll ship another copy out to you. If another copy is not available, then we will send you the next available game in your queue.
